Imperial H2O™ Natural Spring Water-Bottling Facility

Preformed bottle blanks are fed into a hopper	Bottle blanks travel to the blower which extrudes them into bottle sizes	Formed bottles exit the blower are thoroughly washed


The washed bottles are filled with spring water in a sterile environment	Meanwhile, the Imperial labels are designed and printed	Imperial’s finished labels are applied to the bottles


Bottles travel through the label applicator and are placed in cases	The cases are shrink-wrapped for stability	Wrapped finished cases of ImperialH2O™ areready to be shipped everywhere
